Dual Occupancies
Many dual occupancy designs are cheaply available but upon inspection they are mostly fancy front facades with very ordinary buildings behind. A bit like movie sets. Our designs provide a fully inegrated aesthetic so that the dwellings maintain high quality design from front to back and inside to outside.

Maroubra DO 01
Modern "soft" facade design with timber cladding elements and sophisticated landscaping.

Maroubra DO 02
Modernist box design as requesteed by the client with darker elegant aesthetic, deep reveals and folded timber screens.

Randwick DO
A modernist box design with light elements. A large central higlight window floods the interiors with natural daylight.

Matraville DO
Modernist overlapping box design with an articulated plan providing a centrally located courtyard for each dwelling.

Bowral DO 01
Challenging constraints for an attached new dwelling to an exsting interwar cottage in a heritage conservation zone on a steep site.

Bowral DO 02
Detached new dwelling designed in a sypathetic style to an existing interwar cottage in a hertiage conservation zone.
